INSURANCE CLAIM PROCESS FLOW 

  1. INITIAL INSPECTION: 
  2. Roof damages typically result from perils such as hail or wind.
  3. Our team checks weather reports for the past 2 years to identify any hail and  windstorms.
  4. SERVICE AGREEMENT SIGNING: 
  5. Our team representative presents and explains our service agreement to clients,  ensuring clarity on policy terms.
  6. Clients agree to the terms, including the deductible payable by them.
  7. FILING INSURANCE CLAIM: 
  8. Our team representative registers as the contractor of record (COR) with the  insurance company.
  9. Collect necessary customer details and schedule an adjuster meeting. c. Provide comprehensive assistance to clients throughout the insurance claim process.
  10. ADJUSTER MEETING: 
  11. Our company representatives attend the property inspection with insurance adjusters. b. Our team presents detailed evidence of damages to support the claim.
  12. SCOPE OF WORK DETERMINATION: 
  13. Our team compiles a detailed list of required work and materials, along with  associated prices.
  14. This determines the total cost of materials and labor to be covered by the insurance  company.
  15. SUPPLEMENTAL CLAIMS (IF NEEDED): 
  16. In case additional damages or missed items are identified, our team will submit  supplemental claims. This includes a revised scope of work with realistic material costs.
 
  1. BUILD DATE: 
The date of the build will then be plotted into the calendar for scheduling.   Note: We have a designated team to call every week to update the client regarding every detail  of this insurance claim process.
